The meeting was organized to discuss the future direction of prosthodontic dentistry on January 31, 2017 in Switzerland. The main theme was “Prosthodontics – Quo vadis?”, foreseening the changes in the technologies and techniques and also the changes in the society. The professors and doctors gave enthusiastic lectures and we had fruitful discussions guided by the strong leadership of the facilitator, Prof. Carlo Marinello.
With the digitalization and new technologies steadily growing in the dentistry, there will be a mix of traditional and new technologies, techniques and products for the next years to come. The meeting gave us a great opportunity for GC to think about what we can do to help the dental professionals providing their patients the treatment they need.
